  1. Typically, cutting teeth manufacturers employ methods such as thermal spraying, plasma spraying, laser cladding, and overlay welding. Another method that can be used is plasma beam surface metallurgy.
  2. Brazing and heat treatment are also key technologies to ensure the quality of cutting teeth. Nowadays, brazing and heat treatment of cutting teeth are integrated processes. In this process, the brazed cutting teeth are heated in a vacuum furnace and directly quenched without undergoing air cooling, thus completing both brazing and heat treatment simultaneously.
