Ningbo Skymech Machinery Co., Ltd. was established in 2007.We are one of the most professional WEAR-RESISTANT PARTS manufacturers for Agricultural、Construction Engineering、Mining & Drilling Equipment.
Now has two 100% self-owned production bases, The bases are respectively located in Ningbo and ChiZhou China. With a complete set of silica sol precision casting factories and precision processing factories, advanced precision machining centers, production and testing equipment, and experienced technical production and inspection personnel, we provide customers with comprehensive services from surveying and mapping, mold design and manufacturing to production and processing, heat treatment, surface treatment, testing, packaging, etc. One-stop service.
We manufacture a range of wear-resistant parts for Agricultural, Construction Engineering, and Forestry maintenance wear parts. Such as Disc plough Blades, Road Milling teeth, mulcher teeth, etc. SKYMECH has always used more cost-effective raw materials. We have very professional manufacturing facilities in each production and strict in-process QC and finished products QC to provide the most robust products. We also have ISO9001:2008 and SGS certificates.
In addition, our headquarters has relocated the sales team of TIANHUI MACHINERY and SKYMECH MACHINERY to a new office building in
downtown of Ningbo City.
This move aims to enable our business team to provide even better service to our valued customers. To reduce operational costs, all export
businesses of TIANHUI MACHINERY and SKYMECH MACHINERY are handled by SKYMECH IMPORT & EXPORT.

The existing standardized factory area is 6,000 square meters, for casting, forging, stamping and stretching, aluminum die-casting, and cold extrusion. And the production and processing workshop is 4,000 square meters.
It has 16 advanced 4-axis machining centers and 31 extensive/medium-sized CNC machine tools. And it is equipped with a series of advanced inspection equipment to assist detection in ensuring the accuracy of the workpiece.
We have 5 international advanced production lines special for high-performance diamond processing, with an annual production capacity of more than 100,000 pcs.
Our company mass-produces in strict accordance with the technological process requirements, follows three inspections (first inspection, patrol inspection, final inspection) in production, and basically achieves full inspection. It has a hardness tester, video meter, roughness tester, pneumatic measuring instrument, three coordinates, inner diameter dial indicator, and other measuring tools. Ensure that the produced size is qualified and the product quality is precise and precise.
